Should we send $400 million to Palestine?

I didn't hear the source of his numbers, but I think he was talking about world aid to Palestine. I am sure the Arab world & Europe give more to Palestine than Israel, although Germany does continue to give reparations to the Israelis.

It's kind of rare that any country of organization out-gives the USA.

Chances are - the statistic discussed was "Development aid per capita" - where Palestine would be well above Israel.

(America prefers bullets over books - at least in the case of Israel).

To be fair - most of Israel's funding is military aid, and most of Palestine's support is economic and social development aid.

Also to be fair, it is easier to spend money on economic and social development when you aren't having to spend those funds on military defense.
