Good for her! I'm not a smoker myself but love it when people have the ambition to outsmart the government. Next we'll be seeing a proposal to make growing tobacco illegal.

me too.....it is a very expensive habit....it has become pretty common now for government, local, state, and federal, to target smokers to get immediate income.
