Shocking as it may seem, U.S. government doctors once thought it was fine to experiment on disabled people and prison inmates. Such experiments included giving hepatitis to mental patients in Connecticut, squirting a pandemic flu virus up the noses of prisoners in Maryland, and injecting cancer cells into chronically ill people at a New York hospital.

That is run of the mill for government. That is one of the main reasons that government should be restricted, limited, and kept small. Government is no friend of man.

Old news, saw this back many years ago on one of those educational channels.

On another note seems that alot of people in society have been used in some sort of "dumbing" experiment at some time.. LOL

Old news, remember the VD Tuskegee experiments on African-Americans in the 30's and 40's.

I even submitted to medical experiments on me, paid by federal monies when I was in college. One involved putting needles in my lips. Pain for beer?

Now kids pay to have needles pushed through their lips.
