So does that mean that since I am in my 40's I can act like I am in my teens? :woo hoo:

I can relate to that research. I recall my middle age crisis, a feeling I was running out of time, huge anxiety, feeling pressured to achieve. It's gone with the wind. I've finally learned to let go. I accept who I am and no longer fret over attaining lofty goals. I still set goals, but they are more reasonable than before. Stress? Little gets to me. I'm happier than I've ever been. Thank you Holly. I also believe life will only get better from her on out.
