Nine convicts, employed in the construction of a bridge at Tempe near Phoenix, will be guests at a dinner to be given Sunday by Governor George W. P. Hunt.
Having been refused the use of a park for a game of baseball Sunday between the convicts and a local nine, the governor arranged that it be played on a vacant lot at the intersection of two of the principal streets. The convicts will be entertained at dinner at a restaurant following the game.
