As per info on Pinecam:

I'm sorry to say that everything was approved this morning that went in front of the commissioners, Don Rosier, John Odom for, Faye Griffin against (she wanted the removal of the campground). That is the 23 houses, 10000 sq ft of commercial (split into three separate buildings, convience store, restaurant and one other) and the campground. Don Rosier was so adamantly for this that I don't think there was much we could've done to convince him otherwise.
