Here's a senario for you LJ, maybe you will be able to give me an answer on this one?

Let's say Bill Maher and 20 of his idiot followers decided to have a bible burning in a San Fransico Park. Then a group of Christians decided to gun down and or cut the heads off a dozen or so bible burners.

Would you place blame on these Atheist book burners who lay dead on the ground? Would you NOT "give them a pass" ?

I think it's a fair question but I doubt very seriously you will answer it.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

CB, IMO I would place the blame on both. Those that started the riot, and then those that acted just to act against those that started the riot.

The preacher, Jones, should be charged with "inciting to riot" and the resulting murders. This would be in the interest of the U.S. security and international security.
The Muslims who rioted should be hunted down and tried for terrorism crimes, murder, etc.

Seriously? Should we now expect that we could be murdered for executing our right of free speech and expression?

When a woman is raped, do we blame her for wearing provocative clothing and flirting with scumbags in a dive bar?

Should I be blamed for being shot by another driver because I flipped him the bird?

And I think you need to rephrase your statement as to not sugar coat it. This would be much more acurate....."those who started the protest, and then those who MURDERED those who started the protest"

If you incite to riot, even though you you do not personally riot, you are responsible for the crimes committed during the resulting riot. It is only common sense and justice.

Actually, for once I agree with you... Jones should be charged with "inciting", and the slimebags that murdered innocent people should be hunted down and tried for everything they can throw at them... And a nice execution should follow....

With all due respect, these peace loving Muslims would have been suicide bombers or attacked Israel.

Are you actually saying that the Arabs should get a pass because they were inflamed to this violence?

I don't think that is what she said at all I interpreted her post as being "if you poke the rattlesnake, don't be surprised if you get bit" That doesn't let the snake off the hook for causing pain.

That's why I usually want to cut off the head of the rattlesnake when I find it in my back yard.
