I was hiking with my two dogs at Flying J this morning. My Sheltie is afraid of getting into my car. When it was time to go home, I opened up the back of the car to let her in and she took off back down the trail. Several people saw her but she is afraid and may not come to anyone. I hiked the trail with my other dog over and over and wasn't able to find her. Her name is Belle or Bella and she is wearing a lime green collar with tags. If anyone see's her please call me @ 720-244-7664
Thanks
Nancy
Went back and hiked Flying J again this afternoon and I found no sign of her. No other hikers had seen her either. :
I've got my fingers crossed for Belle to make it home safe and sound! (Glad you told me last night to look at the thread, I was thinking she was at Beaver Ranch, not Flying J.)

So, I got a phone call this morning saying that a little Sheltie with tags was seen running down Penny Rd on Conifer Mountain.
If this is the Penny Rd on Conifer Mountain, it is directly across the highway (285) from my house.
I drove to Penny Rd from Kings Valley and up Mountain View Rd, Blackfoot and Apache Trail and did not see her but she may be off road, hopefully headed toward home. (if this is Bella)
