Okay, that just made me cry. HUGS through the cybersphere for now, good, real ones next time I see you Beautiful!

I'm very sorry for your loss and I offer you my sincerer condolences.
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

It will be up to Ruby to keep me in line when I come over to play now
and you know what a free, wandering, spirit she is. at least Otis kept
me out of trouble...
Sorry about losing your loved ones. I am distraught when I lose an animal. And I know the pain fades but it does add up.
Your dog is adorable. When I put my dog Shadow down many years ago, I was absolutely freaked out and there was a children's book about where dogs go and dog heaven at the vet's office. (crying as I write this) It talked about how dogs go to dog heaven and eat and play with the angels. The angels take them for walks and they lay under the angel's table at dinner and pick up the food they drop.
Every Thanksgiving I think of Shadow and Missy having thanksgiving with the angels. And my kitty there too. I know it is sort of childish and stupid but I miss my animals so much. That is the only way I can deal for some reason. Just lost my kitty and I still have such a hard time. it is better but animals bring so much and it is so hard to let them go.
It will get better as you probably know. But either way, I know your pain.

Love you guys and most of all
Hail Otis
Have no doubt, J, - Ruby will definitely keep you in line when you come over to play. She's on double duty now and taking it very seriously. No hopping the fence for you. Granted, she won't share a beer with you the way Otis would, but she'll remind you not to put your nose on the hotwire.
Seems like we've all lost way too many furbabies this year, I hope we're all done.
