Tuesday is World Spay Day. A chance to get your pet spayed for a discounted rate. Various groups are offering the service, but some are doing it on different days. A group in Lakewood is spaying up to 100 cats on Sunday. Dumb Friends League is offering to spay cats for $10 instead of $25 from Feb. 28 to June 30 at its mobile clinics. Call each group to find out if there are income requirements or other rules.Dumb Friends League is still offering cats, one year and older, for free until Feb. 29.
