Last year wasn't a really good year for me growing garlic. I left the mulch on too long.
But this year is shaping up to be awesome.
The purple garlic is a variety named Xian. A bit spicy, but really nice flavor. It is an early harvester.
The big one is elephant garlic.

How do you propagate the garlic? Do you save some bulbs, split them apart, and replant them?
