Missing young Male German Sheperd (owner is disabled)

My disabled brother in law lost his German Shepherd this week. Unfortunately he was in an accident and cannot remember when he last saw Colby. Sometime between Tuesday and this morning. Could be as far south as Trinidad, could be the Evergreen/Genesee/Lookout area. Dog is a purebred young male GS, very shy but obedient and answers to Colby. Chipped, and collared, but we think the number on the collar may be old.
