This guy has been sitting on my porch for at least the last hour. Looks like he broke away from his chain. He's kinda skittish

Update: another neighbor finally got hold of the husky and took them to IMHS. They were scanned and don't have a chip. If you recognize this pooch, please let their humans know their pooch is at IMHS and let us know they will be reunited. Thanks!
