Dog Attack on Goats in Conifer - Please Help ID Dogs

HELP! DOG ATTACK ON GOATS IN CONIFER on 3/20/16
Cross streets: Pleasant Park Road and Critchell Lane (approx 5 miles from 285)

A white lab and a rottweiler have been wandering loose and harassing our two young goats most weekends. Today the rottweiler broke into their pen and mauled both goats, one may not survive. Both animals have needed emergency veterinary treatment and my family is understandably distraught. We are dog lovers and understand that the rottweiler owners may be devastated to find out about the attack. However once they know their dog has attacked livestock, they MUST take appropriate measures to prevent a reoccurrence and to reimburse our family for veterinary expenses and damages.
