If your pup is completely finished with her heat cycle you can get her spayed at anytime. You just want to make sure that she is completely done. The heat cycle in dogs is a roughly three weeks in duration. The first week is in preparation. The second week is often being receptive, and the 3rd is the wind down. You want to wait long enough for the blood supply to go back into "rest." Spays can be done while in heat but the blood supply to the uterus is increased. That is why it is better to catch them before or between cycles. I would give her about 1 to 2 weeks after the end of the cycle if she is done. You may also notice that her vulva will reduce in size a bit too at this time and can indicate that things have calmed back down.
