So I live in open range, so does my neighbor. He keeps putting out more and more 50# salt licks for the open range cows. Besides our grass getting ruined for years to come....is this ok for the cows, would the owner be ok with this, can they OD or do they self regulate, cause they are on those licks for hours a day still in cool weather?
