February 12, 2011
7:30pm to 9:00pm
Admission: $9-$19
Benefiting: Up For Pups animal advocacy arts community

Don’t Kill Bill is a celebration of adopted dogs presented by aerialist and author/editor Kyla Duffy. Two aerial dance routines, set to meaningful music by animal advocate Marilyn Milano, draw in the crowd at the beginning of the show and after intermission. The rest of the performance includes a theatrical, multi-media retelling of stories from people who have fostered and adopted dogs. These captivating and compelling stories parallel the rehabilitation journey of Bill, Duffy’s adopted puppy mill survivor. Besides taking the audience on an emotional and wildly entertaining ride, Don’t Kill Bill raises awareness about abuse, neglect, and opportunities to make a difference.
