Breed of Choice

What is your breed of choice and why?

Thought I would bring this up not only because I am a dog lover but also hope to meet others that have the same breeds we have so we can share stories. We do not have any children so our pups are our babies and can talk about them forever.

Since I have been alive I have had a Boxer, Poodle, 2 mutts, 3 Schipperke’s, 2 Yorkies, 2 Alaskan Klee Kai’s, 2 Mini-Aussies and a Boston Terrier.

Our current “New Batch” (remember Gremlin’s?) is made up of 2 Mini-Aussies, 1 Schipperke and a Boston Terrier.

Would not trade any of them for a billion dollars love them all to death.

Truffle – Mini-Aussie (as sweet as her name)
Yeti – Mini-Aussie (The others mess with Sasquatch all the time  )
Elvis – Schipperke (aka The King and Elf at Xmas)
Izabella – Boston Terrier (aka Boston Terrorist or Baby Pitbull if I bend her ears back)

Our mutts were wonderful, our second Schip was a Petline 9 dog.

Now we are into the smaller kids as they all go camping with us.

Neighbors had a Collie real creative name Laddy rofllol he was cool though. Had a friend with a Black and Tan and a Blue Tick loved to hear them howl.

What's wrong with Beagle's? Co-worker of my husband has a pocket-beagle very cute!!!!

I had a disaster dog (beagle) for 10 years just followed his nose no matter what. Loved him but he was a handful. So many stories so little time.

Not my breeds of choice, but I have

Oreo the Dalmatian (I can't say anything bad about him, he's 13 now and he gets to do just about whatever he wants)

and

Speckal the rottweiler/golden mix - what a little brat.

But they are mine and I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Watched one of the shows on TV where they had around 50 pack hunting dogs I was truly amazed at these dogs.

I would have a hundered dogs if the hubby would let me but sadly he cuts me off at 4 and evey once in a while we take in a little one that is looking for a home.
