They may use it, but not necessarily for the intended purpose. As mine did when I brought him what I thought was a nice soft cat bed - he expressed his opinion very clearly!

Yeah, I know, but I'm not spending another $150 for a new cat tree. He also hasn't touched the brand new scratching boxes or catnip toys that I bought for him either. He's not into playing (6 years-ish old), or needs to get more comfortable with us I guess. I don't know why he doesn't like the scratching boxes with catnip in them?
