BWO Hoover Found - thanks!

Reposting for a friend:

We lost a one year old newfoundland/collie mix. Big sweet dog, black head, white body with black spots. Red collar with red bone tag listing a shelter in Wyoming. His name is Hoover.

Hoover is very sweet, knows sit, is about 10 months old and about 70-80lbs. He usually comes to his name. Went missing from home between Upper Bear Creek and Stagecoach yesterday.

This is a picture of Hoover taken this week.

Probable match at the shelter. I have not seen him, description below
"Shep/Aus Cattle Dog mix. Tall, thin, curled tail, neutered male, red collar. Picked up 1/13 at Buchannan Rec Center.

Yes, Hoover is found and steps are being taken so he won't run off anymore.

Sweet! was he the dog at Jeffco shelter ?

Interestingly enough, yes! He ranged a LOT further from home than expected.

Then, we can thank Office Guy at Jeffco Animal Control for her keen watch out for all of our lost ones. she is awesome!
