When delivery trucks or visitors drive down the street in front of J.D. Pickett's home they notice several things. It is a quiet and neatly manicured neighborhood and there is usually a 70-pound dog sitting on Pickett's roof.
On most days, Dubi, the 3-year-old Lab and Boxer mix sits quietly atop the home watching the occasional car drive down the street or children riding bicycles through the neighborhood.
