I would hit the inlet first. Right now the fish can only get as far as the first guaging station above the reservoir.

I have some questions. Don't hybrids need charging stations? Does the battery affect how they taste? With the additional hybrid power are they better fighters? Should I tie some flies in electric blue?

Actually a blue scud pattern works very well on Spinney. Drop it off an olive damsel fly nymph for a great combo. :thumbsup:

Another spot where the fish have woken up from the winter is the “Dream Stream” section of the South Platte, located between Spinney and Eleven Mile reservoirs on public land in Park County. Fischer said guides have started to see “some big fish” come out of Spinney Reservoir and into the river.

I'll tie up a couple, my tying is coming along. Getting dubbing on just right is still a PITA.
