Looking forward to the fall. I've used Mike at the Knotty Pine in the past. Does anyone know if he is still he is still doing meat cutting? I had heard he was no longer doing processing. Anybody have any other suggestions?
I can't remember the one my DH uses in Arvada. When he hunts in Kremmling, he uses a guy there. But the one in Arvada is much better and the sausage is awesome. It's also vacuum packaged and I like that better than freezer paper.
