If you bike, hike, trail run or ride horseback, come play in the dirt. Join trail enthusiasts on Jefferson County Open Space Trails Day and learn how to use basic hand tools to help friendly, knowledgeable Open Space Trails Staff to build a new, natural surface trail at Apex Park. This day kicks off a season of Volunteer Trail Days for Jefferson County Open Space. Other 2010 Volunteer Trails Days have been scheduled on July 17, September 18 and October 9.
