Adult Training/Stroke Improvement/Masters
Coach Lisa Morrow designs workouts incorporating technique improvement and increased endurance. Sessions help the triathlete and Masters swimmers prepare for competition. Masters swimmers must have a valid COMSA (Colorado Masters Swimming Association) card.

Master’s Open Water Swimming at Evergreen Lake
Come join our Master’s team in open water swimming at Evergreen Lake. Save the drive to Denver, out-of-towners are welcome!

Requirements include:
Liability waiver must be signed
• Summer pass must be purchased
• Swimmers must be 18 years and older
• Wet suits and bright colored bathing caps are required

Please check our home page at for updated information as a swim may be cancelled due to weather.

Program begins Tuesday June 3 and ends Tuesday August 26.

Tuesdays 5:30 - 7:00 PM 6:30 PM
Saturdays 8:00 - 9:30 AM 9:00 AM

Cost: $30.00 for a Summer Pass or $10.00 for drop-in available at Buchanan Park or Wulf Recreation Center.

Park in the Lake House parking lot and walk to boat house. Start at the boat dock and swim towards buoy on opposite shore, then dogleg towards the dam.

There is no lifeguard on duty at the lake.

No one may swim outside the preset course and swim only during the scheduled times.
