REMINDER: Flying J Ranch Park has rolling closures due to forestry/wildfire mitigation work. Please also note that Denver Mountain Parks Foundation has begun work on their property in the area. It takes a community to stay fire safe - thanks for your patience!

Forest Management Closures at Flying J Ranch Park
Effective August 5, the south half of Flying J Ranch Park will be closed for forest management Mon-Thu. The area will re-open Fri-Sun. Work is anticipated to complete in this area fall/winter 2019. See the map below for more details about this closure:

Flying J Open Space is using a masticator for a fuels and fire risk reduction project. Significant dust will be visible today and tomorrow. This dust can appear to look like smoke; please consider whether this is what you are seeing before you dial 911. Thank you!
