Sharing from the USFS Pike & San Isabel National Forests by request:

Devil’s Head Campground, Trailhead, Trail and Tower are closed for the rest of 2020 due to COVID.

Campgrounds on the Pike NF are still closed until June 1st and we are still waiting on the opening schedule.

Fire Restrictions; Stage 2 absolutely no wood or charcoal fires but a propane fire pit or stove is Ok.

Designated Dispersed camping is allowed at this time, I have had reports that most of my areas except Rampart Range Rd are already full for the holiday weekend.

We have been seeing a lot of trash being left behind, please practice Leave No Trace principles when recreating.
