I haven't been rabbit hunting since I was a kid. It was a lot of fun, I used either a .22 single shot or a .410 single shot break open model. I don't know what ever became of the .410 but the .22 is still in my gun safe.

A lifetime ago, I ran a pack of 6 beagles. Whenever your pack is put together correctly there is no other hunting sport more enjoyable. You had better study up on the bag limit in your state and take plenty of buddies so that your day in the field will not be too short.

Ahh, to have those days of my life back!
