I was a fan of the Prisoner. I enjoy South Park when I see it but have never made a point to watch. the rest, shrug.

Speaking of Firefly, I recall the one of the big bad wolfs were "reavers". I had assumed that was a word made up. I was reading a book about ancient Rome ~150 BC and came across it. To my surprise it is a real word.

As an aside, thanks to the kindle dictionary function I am finding my vocabulary is not nearly as comprehensive as I thought it was.

Have to agree. I would put Firefly before House of Cards or the Wire. Loved the Prisoner. Trivia: Firefly Reavers also appear in the movie, Cabin In The Woods along with nearly every other movie monster.
