David Lynch, original creator, is on board to make a sequel and hopefully resolve a few of the untied ends in the original series. Then again, knowing Lynch, more questions will be raised than resolved. (Me waiting.)

Ever since the x-files I have had a strong distaste for shows that do that. IMO that just allows for lazy or stoned writers.
This is one of my favorite tv shows of all time, I really hope they don't bring it back. I love that it left questions unanswered, please don't ruin it by "answering" them.

I doubt David Lynch is going to give us all the answers, but it will be fun to visit the town again. Hope the music is similar. Might have to go buy the DVD's of the original program to re-watch.

I'm confused... I go to this place on Arapahoe Road for lunch and after work because it's close to my office:

Of course I only go there because the food is good and the prices are fair... Nothing to see here folks, move along...
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

It’s been over three weeks since David Lynch publicly announced on Twitter that he would no longer be directing the new iteration of Twin Peaks for Showtime a mere six months after it was announced, breaking the hearts of fans everywhere, some who have waited over two decades for a return to the Pacific Northwest town full of secrets and mysteries.
Since that announcement was made, Showtime went into damage control mode and assured fans that Twin Peaks wasn’t cancelled, at that they were making every effort to secure both David Lynch and co-creator Mark Frost to return. After that, the actors from the show have started a cast-run Facebook page, encouraging fans to sign the petition to save the series, and even made a video saying “No David Lynch, No Twin Peaks“. And of course, social media has been bombarded with the hashtag #SaveTwinPeaks.
