Looks like this show is coming to Fox this month. Appears to me to be based on Twin Peaks to an extent. A series of books about a Secret Service agent (Matt Dillon) investigating the disappearance of a couple Feds. M. Night Shamalyn is directing, he says it is more like Twilight Zone than Twin Peaks.
