Set in the future after Martian invaders had destroyed most of the sky cities on Earth. A mad scientist builds a cyborg girl out of discarded parts to replace his dead daughter. Great action scenes, and awesome visuals. They spent 200 million on this film and it shows with huge, intricate sets.
