Starts out a little slow but eventually checks off all the boxes to finish the trilogy in style! Warning: although they weren't real animals I found the experiments on them disturbing.
Spoilers: Rocket goes after the man who experimented on him, and the Guardians join his quest.
I will give it 4 out of 5 "bad dogs".
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
I'd give it a 4/5 as well. It was enjoyable and entertaining, Cosmo stole the show (and Nathan Fillion was fabulous), but I didn't care for the ending so much. I liked it, I just don't see me re-watching it like Black Panther and Captain Marvel.
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
