A 10-acre parcel in the El Rancho area has been subdivided into 18 lots for single-family homes, and construction could begin soon.
The land, which is on the southwest side of the intersection of Red Moon Drive and Hotel Way, is zoned planned development. PIII Evergreen LLC plans to build 18 single-family homes there called Valley View Estates.
