The Evergreen man who allegedly shot and killed his tenant Sunday has posted bond after his first court appearance Monday.
David Donald Claussen, 46, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree homicide in connection with the death of 33-year-old Alexander Hudspeth. He has not yet been formally charged but is scheduled to make a second court appearance on Friday.
