Conifer Village Liquors
Creighton and Staci O’Neal are the new owners of Conifer Village Liquors, the sprawling liquor store that sits between Safeway and Aspen Perk Cafe. Transplants from Kansas and current Evergreen residents, the O’Neals ended up in the liquor business after Creighton decided he wanted to get rid of his Denver commute and do something different after 20 years in the software development industry.

Fireside Arts and Music debuts new retail shop
Nearly two years after launching its youth music program in Conifer, the team behind Fireside Arts and Music is opening a retail shop — a fresh addition that means Conifer residents will no longer have to trek to Evergreen or down the hill for needed guitar strings or a clarinet reed or even a new instrument.
In the works for several months, the shop will offer a range of instruments — from acoustic guitars and ukuleles, to electric guitars and basses — accessories, sheet music and Fireside-branded swag.

Riverbend, China Village reopen
Two Bailey mainstays have reopened after being closed for extended periods of time.
