Morrison walking tour points out local haunts, legends

Ever walk the streets of Morrison at night and feel like you’re not quite alone?

That’s probably because you’re not, as local legends and stories say that the ghosts of former Morrison residents frequently spend their days — or nights, rather — visiting their old haunts.
Joel Chihart, who runs the Morrison Ghosts & Legends Tour, said that, given the 430-some residents and the numerous buildings in town that are supposedly haunted, he likes to call Morrison the most haunted town per capita.

Chihart has been running the tour for 13 years. “You learn a lot about the history of the town (on the tour),” Chihart continued. “... It’s a very haunted town. Almost every building has something associated with it.”
