A 32-year-old Evergreen man died in Aurora on Oct. 31 after he reportedly jumped in front of a bullet to save his wife.
When Aurora police arrived on scene, they found Jacob Clymer suffering from a gunshot wound. According to a press release, Aurora officers performed live-saving measures before transporting Clymer to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
A 15-year-old boy, who has not been identified due to his age, was arrested later that day and charged with first-degree murder.
