According to a statement from Kaiser, the Evergreen clinic is one of the smallest clinics Kaiser operates and has seen low patient volume. It is located in the US Bank building on Evergreen Parkway and Lewis Ridge Road and has been open since 2010.
“Like any business, we regularly evaluate how we operate and make necessary adjustments to remain competitive and make the best use of member resources,” Kaiser Permanente said in a statement.
Kaiser says there are four medical offices within 20 to 30 minutes of the Evergreen clinic, and each is capable of supporting members’ needs.
