Anyone ready to take the plunge — literally — will be able to do so at the Evergreen Lake Plunge on New Year’s Day.
The event, which had been canceled by its longtime sponsor Drive Smart, has been revived, and it will be the fun, quirky event that has gotten plungers and spectators alike excited for the new year.
It is being sponsored by the Active4All Evergreen Foundation, which is the charitable arm of the Evergreen Park & Recreation District.
