If building a collaborative care clinic in Idaho Springs will cost $6 million, where will the funding come from?

The Denver-based Kellogg Organization believes $1.5 million could come from private donors — individuals, businesses and foundations — and it has given Clear Creek County a step-by-step manual on how to do it.
