The 62-year-old woman believed to have caused the Christmas Eve crash on Interstate 70 near Genesee was intoxicated at the time, a recent autopsy report states.

Cheri Goodard was driving eastbound on Interstate 70 near mile marker 254, when she overcorrected and her car went across the median. It struck Sancy Shaw's vehicle, which was going westbound. The two women died at the scene, and Shaw's 6-year-old daughter was airlifted to Denver's Children's Hospital in serious condition.
