Dinosaur Ridge is moving one step closer to opening a new Visitor Center now that the Jeffco Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved a land exchange between Jeffco Open Space and Stream Realty. The Visitor Center will eventually move to the south side of West Alameda Parkway.

Stream is in the process of developing an office park in the Rooney Valley at the northwest corner of C-470 and West Alameda Parkway.
