BizBeat: A Buck or More Dollar Store strives to be a ‘one-stop shop’

After making regular trips down the hill to visit various dollar stores, Bailey residents Randy and Tammi Headley decided to bring one to Conifer.

A Buck or More Dollar Store, which will celebrate its grand opening this Saturday during WinterFest, offers everything from camping and fishing gear to toys, toiletries, food, office supplies and more. Most of the merchandise — but not everything — costs $1.

Overall, A Buck or More aims to provide a “one-stop shop” for all Conifer residents. In doing so, the store takes merchandise suggestions from customers. Furthermore, Randy said he hoped to “actually be able to offer people the same products they’re getting elsewhere at a lesser price, too.”
