Keely Hartford’s mouth dropped as she walked into her classroom at Parmalee Elementary School on Monday morning.
“Holy moly! This is a huge mess,” the 6-year-old said, eyeing the disarray.
Indeed, Lesley Cantrell’s kindergarten classroom was in shambles when students stormed through the door at the start of a new school week. With chairs flipped, shiny green and gold coins strewn about and a taunting message written on the teacher’s desk, the students soon realized the mess was the work of leprechauns.
