Five. Four. Three. Two. One.
Just like New Year’s, a countdown announced the start of the summer racing season in Clear Creek County with the eighth annual Canine on the Creek kicking off Saturday morning.
Dogs were barking, strollers were rolling and feet were pounding as more than 80 racers and their four-legged companions set off along Clear Creek.
