A property owner is looking to develop just under 5 acres on Soda Lakes Road in unincorporated Jeffco and annex the land into Morrison.
No plans are official, but property owner Ranko Mocevic met with the Morrison Town Board on May 7 to discuss plans and gauge its interest. Ideally, Mocevic said he would like to build a boutique hotel but insisted he’s open to whatever the community wants, and said he wants to work with the town to plan.
“I’m not bringing attorneys here. I’m not fighting with anybody. … If you guys like it, I’ll do it. If you guys don’t like it, I’m not doing it,” he said.
