A multi-agency task force on Thursday arrested three men and seized hundreds of marijuana plants from a residence near the Squaw Pass Road and Old Squaw Pass Road intersection, the Clear Creek Sheriff's Office confirmed.
According to Undersheriff Bruce Snelling, the office’s tactical team, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and the West Metro Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 294 Red Tail Trail at 7 a.m. Thursday after a four-month investigation into an alleged illegal marijuana grow operation. About 500 plants, several pounds of marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and $15,000 in cash were found at the scene, he stated.
