Annual Evergreen Fine Arts Festival has a little something for everybody

From the whimsical to the classical — and everything in between — the art at the 53rd annual Evergreen Fine Arts Festival didn’t disappoint last weekend.


Art lovers perused the booths at the Buchanan fields, enjoying paintings, ceramics, photographs, jewelry, sculptures, clothing, leatherwork and more. Each booth brought a new treasure to admire.

Attendees PJ and Larry Mahler of Evergreen were looking both at the art and at its functionality as they found wood art that would go well into a remodeled room in their house.

“There’s spectacular talent here,” Larry said.
