Even though John McEuen hasn’t lived in Clear Creek County for 29 years, it’s still a place that he and his children think of as home.
That’s part of the reason why, after a show in Glenwood Springs, he decided to stop in Silver Plume and play for a sold-out crowd at the George Downing Playhouse.
“So, the answer to the question of ‘Why?’ is more like ‘Why not?’” McEuen said. “I had the day and the time, and I love the area.”
